Who is concerned ?
You can apply for a private and family life residence permit if you can prove that you have strong, long-standing and stable personal and family ties in France.
You will also have to justify your republican insertion in French society and your living conditions in France. Finally, you will have to prove the nature of your ties with your family in your country of origin. You must not live in a state of polygamy.
