Retirement procedures

Organize my departure

I inquire about the minimum age at which it is possible to retire.

In some situations, an early departure is possible:

  • If I started working young, for long career
  • If I worked while disabled
  • If I have a permanent disability of at least 10% as a result of an accident at work or an occupational disease (retirement for arduousness)
  • If I have been exposed to asbestos during my working life

I inquire about the conditions for phased retirement.

I inquire about the conditions for obtaining a full basic retirement pension and the supplementary pension from Agirc-Arrco.

I inquire about the conditions of redemption of quarters.

This is possible for years of higher education or incomplete years of contributions (i.e. validated for less than 4 trimesters).

This is also possible for certain periods of learning or periods of activity as a childminder or child of former harkis.

Apply for retirement

  • If the employee has less than 6 months of seniority, the Labour Code does not provide for a notice period. The employer shall apply the duration provided for in the collective agreement, a collective agreement, the employment contract or, in the absence of a collective agreement, a custom.
  • If the employee has between 6 months and less than 2 years of seniority, the notice period is equal to 1 month.
  • If the employee has 2 years or more of seniority, the notice period is equal to 2 months.

estimate the amount of my pension

Go to the My retirement estimate service in my retirement account allows me to simulate the amount of my retirement at different retirement ages.

This service offers me 2 ways to get a simulation of the amount of my retirement:

  • Either by accessing my estimate directly from the data known to my pension funds
  • Either by checking my situation and supplementing it, if necessary, with my family situation, the number of my children and their date of birth and my current professional situation

Access my payments

In most cases, your pension is paid monthly by your pension institutions in arrears, i.e. at the end of the period for which it is due.

To find out your payment dates, log in to your retirement account. You will find the payment schedules for each of your plans, in the “Retirement payments” section.
