Information to have

  • The surface area of ​​the accommodation and its location (city, district);
  • The amount of the monthly rent, increased if necessary by the additional rent and recoverable charges, followed by the mention “per month” and if necessary by the mention “charges included”;
  • The amount of additional rent required, if applicable;
  • The amount of recoverable charges, if any;

  • The empty or furnished character of the accommodation;

  • An identity document (identity card, residence permit, passport or driving licence);
  • The last 3 rent receipts or a certificate of domiciliation or certificate of the host or last notice of property tax or title deed of the main residence;
  • A copy of the employment contract or any document attesting to the professional activity of the applicant;
  • The last three pay slips or the last two balance sheets for non-employees;
  • The last or penultimate tax notice

Duration and legal notices in the rental contract
